EvidenceShield™ is our proprietary documentation system. Service partners capture photos
and videos before, during, and after each repair. All evidence is timestamped and
geo-tagged, creating an unalterable record of work performed. This protects both fleet
operators and service partners.
FleetFix Connect operates nationwide with a growing network of verified service
partners. Coverage varies by area - major metropolitan areas have the highest partner

Payment & Billing
When you approve a repair quote, the payment is held in secure escrow. The funds are
only released to the service partner after the driver confirms the work is complete.
This protects both parties and ensures quality work.
We accept major credit cards, fleet fuel cards, and bank transfers for Enterprise
customers. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner.
If there's a dispute about the quality of work, the escrow funds are held while our team
reviews the EvidenceShield™ documentation. We work with both parties to reach a fair
resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
For Service Partners
Register on our platform as a mechanic or tow partner. You'll need to provide business
documentation, insurance certificates, and pass our verification process. Once approved,
you'll start receiving job notifications in your area.
Partners receive payment once the driver confirms the job is complete. Payments are
processed weekly via bank transfer. A small platform fee is deducted from each
transaction.
